1. Controller

The toxicbwi service (https://dev.toxicbwi.site) is provided by RID Analytics LLC, director D. Ermolaev, KZ IIN БИН 231140025216 (ТОО RID Analytics), Republic of Kazakhstan, contact: hi@toxicbwi.site.

2. Governing law

Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated 2013-05-21 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”, Art. 395 of the RK Civil Code. Disputes — RK courts at the Controller’s seat. The Service is not directed at residents of the EU/EEA.

3. Data we process

• Telegram ID, username, first name, language — for authentication;
• request history, messages to the bot — for service delivery and quality improvement;
• email, payment identifiers (no card numbers) — for subscription payments;
• cookies and technical logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) — web cabinet only;
• access tokens to third-party services you voluntarily provide — stored encrypted, used only for operations you requested.

4. Purposes and legal basis

Performance of the offer-agreement (Art. 395 RK CC), your consent (given by /start or “I Agree” button), legitimate interest in security.

5. Storage

Data is stored in databases located on RK territory. Retention — while your account is active + 6 months. Payment logs — 5 years (accounting requirement).

6. Sharing

Telegram (platform), payment processor, hosting (KZ region), where applicable — LLM provider (OpenAI / Anthropic) for response generation. Full list at https://dev.toxicbwi.site/subprocessors. Cross-border transfers only with adequate protection or your explicit consent.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, complaint to RK supervisory authority (Ministry of Digital Development). Send requests to hi@toxicbwi.site; we respond within 3 business days.

8. Security

TLS, at-rest encryption for secrets, restricted access. We notify the authority and affected users of incidents.
